Experience and practice in session is supported by a variety of texts, articles and videos from the areas of non-dual psychology, eastern philosophical traditions, somatic/body methodologies, leadership theory, adult state and stage development, large and small scale systems thinking, relationships, and subtle energy education. Participants are psychologists, coaches, educators, business consultants and others who facilitate human development.
In this course you will learn to:
- Access, and remain present to non-dual awareness in yourself and in your work with individuals and groups
- Notice and affect changes in gross, subtle and causal fields within individuals and groups
- Develop heightened body awareness about muscular holding, skin changes, energy fluctuations and breathing patterns as related to state awareness
- Utilize basic psychological principles and techniques to improve your work
- Integrate knowledge from Eastern traditions such as Buddhism, Taoism and Kashmir Shaivism
- Identify and attend to mental, emotional, physical and energy boundaries as needed
- Move energy through the body for greater physical and mental health, increased aliveness, and for accelerating wakeful, embodied presence.
